OceanTechWorks ("the Developer") establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user data in the smartphone application "PieceNote" ("the App").

  1. Memo content, page information, and other data entered or saved by users are stored locally on the device. Such data is not transmitted to the Developer’s servers.

  2. Depending on the region, a consent management dialog may be displayed when required.

Article 5 (Data Storage and Deletion)

  1. All data created within the App is stored only on the user’s device. Uninstalling the App will delete all such data.
  2. Retention periods for data sent to third-party services are governed by the respective service providers’ policies.

Article 6 (Provision to Third Parties)

The Developer will not provide personal information to third parties without user consent, except as required by applicable laws and regulations.

Article 7 (Changes to This Policy)

This Privacy Policy may be updated as necessary. Any changes will take effect upon being posted on this page.
